Shipping policy

    • United States: 3-5 business days with USPS

    • Canada: 5-10 business days with USPS

    • Europe: 7-14 business days with USPS or local carrier

    • International: 10-20 business days with USPS or local carrier

  • You will receive an email with tracking info once your product is fulfilled and a shipping label is created. Just keep in mind that it can take up to 4 business days for that item to be put in the mail for you to check where it’s located as it makes its way to you.

    Some small products, such as stickers and postcards, are shipped via Letter Mail, and will not receive tracking info. This is disclosed in the item description.

  • Don’t fret! I can update the address if your order still needs to be sent. But if the item was delivered and that package can not be recovered, please reach out to me at alwiseart@gmail.com.

  • This happens if USPS needs help locating your address or if there are any mistakes in your address, like a missing apt number or an incorrect street name. I get notified when something is returned and will promptly contact you to verify your details.

    If you notice it was returned before I do, please contact me at alwiseart@gmail.com with your order number and verified address.

    It’s important to note that if the address that it was sent to was correct, I’d need to send your package to a new location to prevent your item from being returned again to limit any additional shipping fees or delays.
