Return policy

By shopping at alwiseart.com, you agree to the following terms:

Exchanges

I accept exchanges within 14 days of your package delivery. 

  1. All customers are required to purchase their own return label for the exchange (in the case of stickers, this means an envelope and stamp).

  2. Items being exchanged MUST be in new condition, unwashed, unworn, and not covered in pet/human hair. If the item does not meet these criteria, we will ship your package back to you and not carry out the exchange. 

  3. To initiate an exchange, please email alwiseart@gmail.com with your order information.

  4. Once we receive your item in the mail, I will reorder your item to be made and shipped to you.

Returns

  • We currently accept returns ONLY within 14 days of your package delivery. If 14 days have exceeded, we do not accept returns.To initiate a return on eligible items, please email alwiseart@gmail.com with your order information.

  • If an item you received is damaged at our fault, is not the item you ordered, or is the wrong size, please email alwiseart@gmail.com with your order information and include photo proof of the issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible! 

  • All customers are required to purchase their own label for the return. 

  • Do not send us back any items unless confirmed to do so.
